“I've been waiting a long time to fight. The first obstacle was myself. I wanted to feel nervous, go in there and see how it felt to be punched in the face. After I discovered that I liked it, we started waiting for the Professional Fighters League to establish itself, which it just happened. As their first card is formed and takes place on June 7th in New York, I will perform on the second, June 21st, in Chicago,” said Harrison.

In the footsteps of Ronda Rousey

Kayla follows in the footsteps of her former training partner Ronda Rousey, who began competing in MMA after winning bronze at the Olympics in Beijing, China. Years later, Ronda entered the UFC, remained champion and became one of MMA's biggest stars.
