After the announcement, the Irishman's partner, Dave Feldman, was asked about Dana White's possible discomfort with the situation. Without hesitation, the businessman defended that this attitude could affect the UFC president.
“You’ll probably be a little upset. Your biggest star will now talk about another company. Then you won't be happy about it. But he’s not worried about us,” Dave declared at a press conference.
