After setback for Sonnen, Wand says he will train more takedown defense

Dominated by Chael Sonnen in the main fight of Bellator 180, held last Saturday (24), in New York, Wanderlei Silva, at 40 years old, promised to improve the gaps in his game. After being taken down during the three rounds, without even showing resistance, the Crazy Dog assured that he will do more jiu-jitsu and wrestling, with the aim of correcting the mistakes made in his most recent fight.

Wand, who returned to acting after a four-year hiatus, was surpassed for the 13th as a professional, in addition to having 35 wins, one draw and one unsuccessful fight. Previously, his last performance was in March 2013, when he knocked out Brian Stann, still with the UFC.
