At the press conference after the fight, Shahid praised Brazilian MMA and wants fans and fighters to see Brave as a national event. And he is excited about the show's impact on the country's sport.
“It is an honor for us to hold an event here. I don't want people to think we came here and never came back. I want to make it clear that Brave's plan is to return whenever possible and this should happen sooner rather than later, rest assured. The fighters have found a new quality home and that is what we are showing, with events in the United Arab Emirates, Brazil and India”, commented Shahid, a former MMA fighter.
In the main fight of Brave 3, former UFC fighter lucas mineiro he encountered difficulties, but submitted Fabian Galván in the second round with an arm triangle. The Mexican replaced Paulo Bananada, a declared enemy of Mineiro, who injured his knee the week of the fight.
