“We were on a private plane going to Japan and there were me, my partners, the Tito Ortiz and the matchmaker at the time, Joe Silva. Tito and I were playing and he put me in a neck brace. I was hitting and he didn't stop. You can seriously hurt someone with this, especially if you're strong like Tito. So I started hitting him in the ribs, I started punching him in the ribs and when he let me go, I jumped up and we started a fight on the plane”, he reported, laughing at his own story that must have happened about 15 years ago”, he said. White, in an interview with the American talk show 'Conan'.

Still according to the president, the plane was taking off at the time of the confusion, and, after being separated, each of them sat in a part of the area reserved for passengers. Tito Ortiz became UFC light heavyweight champion in 2000, when he defeated Wanderlei Silva by points. He defended the belt on five occasions, until he was defeated by Randy Couture, in 2003. He retired from MMA in January of this year, after submitting Chael Sonnen at Bellator 170.
