The Nevada Athletic Commission has already set the date for the hearing that will review the case involving Wanderlei Silva and his lifetime ban from MMA. It will be on November 30th, a Monday, when the Brazilian and his lawyers will appear before the North American entity for the new trial of the case.

Originally, the hearing was scheduled for the end of last month, but had to be postponed after Wanderlei's lawyer, Ross Goodman, did not receive the necessary paperwork in time.
Last year, Wanderlei was suspended for life and had to pay a US$70 fine for refusing to take a surprise doping test in preparation for his fight against Chael Sonnen, by UFC, in July.
In May, the court in Clark County, Nevada, revoked the ban on the fighter, claiming that it was an “excess of authority”, the basis of which presented a “lack of substantial evidence”. So, it was determined that Wanderlei would undergo a new trial. Despite this, the Brazilian remains retired from MMA.
