A sad scene marked Danil Sharov's kickboxing debut. Last Friday (18), held at FKR Pro 1, the fighter suffered a sinking of the face à la Cyborg Evangelist after a brutal knee in the second round applied by 'namesake' Daril Kirikov.
Sharov tried to throw a round punch and missed. At the same moment, he approached Kirikov and was surprised with a brutal knee from close range. Upon seeing his opponent, Kirikov stopped the move when he noticed what had happened, paused and immediately pointed.

In response, Sharov reached out and felt the wound on his forehead, which was scarred. He still considered continuing and wanted to throw one more kick before the referee observed that the athlete was no longer able to continue in the fight.
There is still no information about Danil Sharov's health status, but it is likely that he will need surgery to repair his skull fracture. The injury is similar to that suffered by Cyborg Evangelist. The Brazilian, who lost to Michael Page, he had to rebuild his face and was at risk of death.
