The Bellator heavyweight GP already has its first finalist. The North American Ryan bader took no notice of Matt Mitrione and beat his rival by unanimous decision from the judges (30-25, 30-24 and 30-25). The fight was an attraction at Bellator 207, held this Friday (12), in Connecticut (USA).

With the triumph, Bader awaits his rival who will emerge from the other semi-final – which takes place this Saturday – between Fedor Emelianenko e Chael Sonnen.

Chubby Roy Nelson suffers new defeat
In the reserve fight of the GP, the veteran, ex-Pride, Sergei Kharitonov showed that he still has knockout power and defeated the chubby guy Roy Nelson. The Russian achieved a knockout at the end of the fifth round, with a sequence of punches and will fight in the final if one of the finalists has an injury problem.
