“You can't learn to fight from a guy like Khabib who has been fighting since birth in a matter of weeks, just by training with a world champion. It doesn't work like that. The keys to winning the rematch would be to hire a guy like me, for example. Whoever is fighting style is almost identical to Khabib,” Sherk posted.

“Note to McGregor

I'm not sure the McGregor/Khabib rematch will happen, but hiring a guy like Jordan Burroughs to go out and teach you how to fight is not the key to winning. You can't learn to fight from a guy like Khabib who has been fighting since birth in a matter of weeks, just by training with a world champion. It doesn't work like that. The keys to winning the rematch would be to hire a guy like me, for example. Whoever's fighting style is almost identical to Khabib. I've made a career out of using my wrestling skills to face opponents in a cage. I know how to beat guys like me. I know what works for knockout artists, catching finishers on the fly, stopping ground and pound from being affective and bottom escapes based on the same techniques and philosophies that worked on me. Mixed martial arts is no longer a game of style versus style. It's man versus man, game planning/executing game plans and evolution. The best athletes in the world see a loss as an opportunity to learn and evolve. I have the experience and credentials to prove it. I’m the guy to hire!!”.
