THE FIGHT

The confrontation started with a lot of study and little action in the first minute. Sabatello controlled the center of the cage and used some jabs and low kicks. The North American fell and tried to catch the Brazilian's back, who was fighting to stay alive. Higo locked Sabatello's hands around his waist and was irritated at not being able to secure the finish. The round ended with some boos from the audience.

Higo landed a good jab followed by a straight shot at Sabatello, who responded with a low kick. The North American landed a knee on the Brazilian and quickly went down. Danny backpacked Leandro and tried to take his back. After a hesitation from Sabatello, the Brazilian tried to take the back of his rival, who stopped the Brazilian athlete until the end of the second half.

Sabatello returned more aggressive for the third half, seeking to put pressure on Higo in his striking. The North American took advantage of the gap to try to take him down, but ended up in the Brazilian's guard. On top of Leandro, Danny used his physical imposition to hit the Brazilian and keep him with his back on the ground. Higo couldn't get out of the position imposed by his opponent and ended the round watching his rival attack him in the guard.

At the beginning of the fourth round, Sabatello wasted no time in trying to take down again and was almost surprised by a choke applied by Higo. Danny was once again on top of the Brazilian in guard, however, this time, Higo tried not to give in to the position applied by the North American. Sabatello continued to stick to the Brazilian, nullifying him in the corner of the fence. When Leandro was in a position on all fours, he was hit in the face, very hard, by his rival. After the Brazilian got out of position, in the final seconds, Higo exploded and landed a spinning blow on Sabatello's face, however, the bell sounded decreeing the end of the round.

The last round started with the same script: with Sabatello taking down from the first seconds and putting Higo on his back on the ground. The Brazilian got up halfway through the round, but remained trapped by his rival, who attacked him with knees and punches to the waist. Higo pulled his opponent into guard and tried to grab his neck, but Sabatello managed to nullify the Brazilian's attack. Sabatello gave the Brazilian space, but soon fell and took him down again. The Tupiniquim athlete ended the confrontation in the same way as most assaults: being hit and with his back on the ground.
