Brock Lesnar wants to make his return to Ultimate in a duel for the heavyweight belt against Daniel Cormier. For the WWE star to be cleared to fight and the match to be confirmed, he must remain clean in the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) anti-doping tests that he has been taking. However, the fighter needs to resolve another issue in order to return to the Ultimate Octagon. The American will have to pay a fine of US$250 to the Nevada Athletic Commission (NACs).

On Tuesday (08), the committee reported that Lesnar had not yet paid the fine imposed in 2016, when he was caught taking two anti-doping tests before the fight against Mark Hunt, at UFC 200. As a result, Brock remains ineligible to compete in mixed martial arts competitions for an indefinite period of time.
It is worth remembering that Lesnar is ineligible for USADA and the NACs and must pay the fine in full or agree to a payment plan with the commission before being allowed to apply for a license to compete. Brock will also have to submit to three drug tests (30, 15 and three days before any fight). In addition, he needs to submit a license application to a committee spokesperson 30 days before any MMa competition.
Lesnar has not fought professionally since July 2016, when he faced Mark Hunt at UFC 200. Brock was caught in the anti-doping test for using the substance Clomiphene and the result was reversed to a 'no contest'. With that, he moved away from MMA again and signed with WWE.
