The reckoning in Khabib Nurmagomedov e Conor McGregor finally has a date for it to happen. The Russian and the Irishman will face off in the main fight of UFC229, an event that takes place on October 6th, in Las Vegas (USA). The announcement of the fight, valid for the lightweight belt (up to 70,3 kg.) on the show, was made by the organization itself during the press conference in Los Angeles (USA).

Khabib and McGregor have one of the biggest rivalries in MMA today. The fighters almost came to blows during the average day of UFC 223, in April. On that occasion, the Irishman invaded the gym's parking lot with a group of friends and attacked a bus carrying fighters, including Nurmagomedov. The Russian wanted to get out of the vehicle to fight with Conor, but he went with you because of other athletes. McGregor was arrested, but made a deal with the US Court and was released from the charges.

Khabib Nurmagomedov He is undefeated in MMA with 26 wins in 26 fights. The Russian won the franchise lightweight title in his last fight, when he tapped To the fifth in the unanimous decision of the judges.
