Fabricio Werdum He already has a date and opponent to return to the Octagon. The Brazilian faces the Russian alexey oleynik in the main fight of UFC Fight Night Moscow, an event that takes place on September 15th, in the Russian capital. The duel was announced by the North American website MMA Fighting and confirmed by the fighters through social media.

The idea for the fight came from Werdum, who revealed his interest in facing Oleynik on his return to the Octagon. And, apparently, the organization liked the confrontation and scheduled the dispute for the main fight of the organization's first event in Russia.
Werdum, former heavyweight champion (up to 120 kg.), tries to recover in the octagon after the setback against Alexander Volkov, in March. The Brazilian has a professional record of 23 wins, eight defeats and one draw.
In turn, Oleynik is a veteran of the sport with an incredible 67 fights as a professional. The Russian has a record of 56 wins, 11 losses and one draw. In his last fight, Alexey submitted Brazilian Júnior Albini at UFC 224, on the 12th, in Rio de Janeiro.
