It didn't work out for Brazilian Juliana Lima in the TUF 25 Finale – the decision of the UFC reality show -, an event held on Friday night (07), in Las Vegas (USA). In action on the preliminary card of the show, the fighter from Minas Gerais even started the dispute well against Tecia torres, fifth place in the women's straw division ranking. But the North American stunned the opponent, asserted her favoritism and ended the duel with a rear naked choke at the beginning of the second round.

The fight
Despite facing a well-ranked rival in the division, Juliana was not intimidated and started better. The Brazilian soon closed the distance and managed a good takedown. But Tecia got out of the disadvantaged position and soon got up. The North American, even with her smaller size, tried to overcome the disadvantage in the stand-up fight and almost put a guillotine choke on the Minas Gerais native next to the fence. But the choke wasn't in place properly. In the second half of the partial, the dispute was truncated with a lot of dispute in the clinch and alternation in position control.
After a balanced first round, Tecia ended the dispute at the beginning of the second round. The Brazilian tried to repeat the dose from the beginning of the previous part and attempted a takedown, but the North American spun quickly and fell onto Juliana's back. Torres quickly applied the choke and forced Ju to give up the fight 53 seconds into the round (watch the finish below)
