Brazilian Francimar Bodão washed his soul at UFC Fight Night London, an event held this Saturday afternoon (18), in the English capital. After the 'no result' fight against the Englishman Darren stewart, UFC Sao Paulo, in November 2016, the Acre native overcame the pressure to turn the dispute around against his rival and take the dispute via unanimous decision by the judges (29×28, 29×28, 29×28). The triumph marked Bodão's fourth victory in Ultimate.

The other Brazilian on the preliminary card of UFC London, Vincent Luque It didn't have the same strength. Against Leon edwards, the Brasilia native felt the rhythm of the dispute and ended up defeated by the judges' decision.
Bodão wins and recovers
The story between Bodão and Stewart came to an end with a happy ending for the Brazilian. The fighters faced each other in November 2016 with the Englishman's victory, but after an appeal by Bodão, the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission changed the result of the fight to 'No Contest' due to an unfair headbutt by Stewart and angered the British. But in the reunion, without controversy, Fracimar achieved victory at his rival's home.
The fight started with Stewart better. The Englishman landed good blows while standing and even took down Bodão, but soon got up. The Brazilian, without being on his feet, still tried two takedowns at the end of the round, but was unsuccessful.

In the third round, with a split on each side, Bodão managed to gain the upper hand. Despite the fighters being very tired, Fracimar managed to get good positions in the clinch to score points. In the last 30 seconds of the fight, both fighters tried to land blows and attempt takedowns, but neither of them were successful in their takedown or knockout attempts.
Luque loses in the decision
The winning streak of Vincent Luque in the UFC. The Brasiliense, who had four victories in a row, stopped his good form against Leon edwards. The Brazilian even started the contest well in the first round, Luque managed to put his ground game into action. With ease, he took down his rival, passed his guard and, despite not striking or coming close to finishing, he controlled his actions without any fear. But from the second round onwards, the story changed.
Edwards grew in the dispute with good combinations of blows, Edwards managed the takedown and dominated the actions, adding points and wearing down the Brasilia native.
In the third round, with the dispute tied, Leaon Edwards grew. While Luque showed great fatigue, the Englishman threw a large volume of strikes. In his desperation to try to score points, the Brazilian took his rival to the cage, but was knocked down and ended the fight with his back on the ground.
