After losing to Daniel Cormier at UFC 200, in July, Anderson Silva Little by little he returns to the intense rhythm of training. The former middleweight champion published a video in which he appears doing sparring boxing with his son, who also showed good skill in the ring.
In the video, Anderson exchanges light blows with Gabriel, 19 years old. The fighter himself left a loving message for the young man. “My friend, my partner, my son. Gabinha, thank you, son. I develop and evolve with my son”, wrote the athlete.
Anderson stepped into the Octagon for the last time on July 9, against the current UFC light heavyweight champion. “Spider” accepted the fight a few days in advance and ended up defeated by unanimous decision from the judges. The 41-year-old former middleweight champion still has no set date for his return to the UFC.
