After defeat, 'darling' Sage Northcutt returns at UFC 200

The “ultimate darling” Sage Northcutt will have a golden opportunity to recover after suffering his first defeat in the octagon, and in his career. Northcutt will return at the historic UFC 200, scheduled for July 9th in Las Vegas (USA), and will face Spaniard Enrique Marin.

At 20, Sage Northcutt has a professional record of seven wins and one loss. The young man was discovered by Dana White in the first episode of the reality show “Lookin' for a fight” and, since then, he has had a meteoric rise. After two wins, over Francisco Trevino and Cody Pfister, however, Northcutt was submitted by Bryan barberena.

Enrique Marin, on the other hand, has a record of eight wins and three losses in MMA. The Spaniard was a participant in the second season of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter Latin America. In his Ultimate debut, in November last year, he was defeated by Erick Montano in Monterrey (Mexico).

UFC 200 takes place on July 9th, at the T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas (USA). The main fight of the night will be a rematch between Nate diaz e Conor McGregor, valid for the welterweight category. In addition, the event will also feature a confrontation between José Aldo e Frankie Edgar worth the interim featherweight belt, and there is also the promise of announcing another title fight for the card.
