It's already official: Nate diaz e Conor McGregor will rematch in the main fight of UFC 200, in July. Despite having agreed to face the Irishman again, the North American fighter classified the marriage of the fight as a “mess” and suspects that his rival receives privileged treatment from the UFC.

Diaz and McGregor faced each other at UFC 196, on March 5th. After getting the worst of the first round, Nate turned the tables in the second round and won the fight by submission. For him, the UFC's plan has just one objective: to make McGregor regain the prestige he lost in that fight.
“This rematch thing is cool because it’s worth money, but it’s a mess. I've already lost several laughable decisions, in fights that I thought I won. I know I can beat everyone who's ever beaten me and I've never gotten a rematch. This guy is treated like a baby. They don't want this guy to be in this position, so they need to get him out of it. He needs to regain his strength. That's what I think”, criticized Diaz, in an interview with the podcast “You're Welcome!”, presented by the former fighter Chael Sonnen.
Diaz went further: he believes that the original plan for UFC 200 was to match McGregor against Georges St Pierre if the Irishman won at UFC 196. “I put a hole in that sh*t. What do these people think? That I am a game that can be played? I've been in this business for a long time. They had GSP there and they wanted to do all that GSP vs. McGregor nonsense. I didn't even want to hear about it. GSP will come back from retirement to face that runt of the Conor McGregor? What the f*** is this? This is a horror show. I pissed off McGregor, I pissed off GSP and, most of all, I pissed off the UFC. But I’m laughing, you sons of bitches”, he said.
