Garbrandt guarantees that his next fight will be against Lineker

After knocking out Augusto Tanquinho on the main card of UFC Pittsburgh, the American cody garbrandt he will have another Brazilian ahead of him in his next UFC fight. But the rival will be an old acquaintance of the athlete Team Alpha Male. According to Garbrandt himself, his rival in the sequel will be John Lineker.

“I spoke to Joe SIlva and Sean Shelby (responsible for UFC fight matchmaking) after the fight, and Lineker is my next opponent. As soon as he gets well, he has to do another blood test. I wanted to fight on March 5th, but he won't be ready in time”, said the American, at the press conference after the event.

However, the Brazilian was diagnosed with dengue fever a few days before the fight and had to be hastily removed from the card.
