Impact FC in financial trouble

Pedro Rizzo beat Ken Shamrock in the second edition of the show

Impact FC held the first two editions of the event in July in Australia with cards full of renowned fighters such as Ken Shamrock, Pedro Rizzo, Paul Philo and Paul Daley, but according to a report from the American website Cage Potato, the organization is experiencing serious financial problems. According to the article published this Friday, the promotion did not fully pay off the scholarships of the fighters who performed at the shows held on July 10th and 18th, in the cities of Brisbane and Sydney, respectively.

“This statement is categorically false. My responsibility is to organize the event and the sponsor of the show was (Andrew) McManus (promotion partner). I think that because of the professional that McManus is, all fighters will be paid.”
