The Nevada State Athletic Commission announced the medical suspensions of fighters who participated in UFC-79, held on the 30th, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, in Las Vegas.
Check out the suspensions below:
Matt hugs – suspended until January 29th, no contact until January 20th as a precaution.
Chuck Liddell – suspended until January 29, no contact until January 20, cut and swelling to left eye.
Wanderlei Silva – suspended until February 13 with no contract until 29/01 for cut swelling in right eye.
Soa Palelei – suspended until June 27th due to a broken nose.
Rameau Sokoudjo – suspended until February 13th with no contact until January 29th.
James Irvin – suspended until February 28, no contact until 13/02 as a precaution
Nate Mohr – suspended until January 20, no contact until 13/01 as a precaution
Tony DeSouza – suspended until January 29th, no contact until January 20th as a precaution
