Coming to an end this Thursday (29), the month of February was marked by some impressive and memorable finishes, both in the UFC Octagon and in the UFC Decagon. PFL x Bellator.

Thinking about the large quantity, the team at SUPER FIGHTS came together to choose not a top-3, but a top-5 with the best finishes from the second month of the year. Let's go to the list:

5- Rodolfo Vieira x Armen Petrosyan – UFC Las Vegas 86

Absolute legend of gentle art, Rudolph Vieira gave a sample of his grappling skills by submitting Armen petrosyan No. UFC Las Vegas 86, on February 10.

In the final stretch of the first round, the 'Black Belt Hunter' landed a katagatame to force the Armenian to give three taps with 12 seconds left until the bell.

4- Vadim Nemkov x Bruno Cappelozza – PFL x Bellator

The fourth position on our list is reserved for another katagatame: that of Vadim nemkov about Bruno Cappelozza No. PFL x Bellator, last Saturday (24).

In the second round of the duel, the Russian former Bellator light heavyweight champion (up to 93 kg) secured the submission over the Brazilian, who didn't even have time to do the three taps before collapsing in the decagon.

3- Molly McCann x Diana Belbita – UFC Las Vegas 85

Opening our podium, with the 'bronze medal', we returned to the Ultimate octagon for the UFC Las Vegas 85, an event in which Molly McCann applied the most brutal submission of the month on Diana Belbita.

In the last seconds of the first round, the British woman got an armbar so tight that it made Diana Belbita scream in pain in the octagon.

2- Brian Ortega x Yair Rodriguez – UFC Mexico

The second position on our list of best finishes came precisely in the last event of the month: the UFC Mexico. More precisely in the co-main fight, between Brian ortega e Yair Rodriguez.

After suffering an injury and suffering a 'run over' in the first round, Ortega made good on the expression 'only jiu-jitsu can save' and managed to win with a spectacular katagatame in the second round.

1- AJ McKee x Clay Collard – PFL x Bellator

The award for best submission of the month of February goes to the former Bellator featherweight champion (up to 65,7 kg) A. J. McKee, who submitted Clay Collard in the PFL x Bellator, last Saturday (24), in Saudi Arabia.

Overwhelming, McKee managed a guillotine attempt in a triangle at impressive speed and secured the victory and the award for best submission of the month.
