With less than a year of career and participation in three feature films, including “The Expendables 3” and “Fast and Furious 7”, the UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey he seems to have really taken a liking to the seventh art. In an interview, Ronda revealed that she would love to play the character “Wonder Woman” in the next DC Comics film adaptations – “Wonder Woman”, “Justice League” and “Batman vs Superman”, due out in 2016 – and detonated actress Gal Gadot, cast to bring the heroine to life.
“I should play Wonder Woman. The actress who played the role can't lift any weight, there's nothing wonderful about that. I can’t understand,” Ronda said on the “Tommy Toe Hold” YouTube channel, which mixes interviews with fighters and humor in a cartoon format.
Interestingly, Gal Gadot was the star of three films in the “Fast and Furious” series, in which she played the character Gisele, but left the film precisely in the seventh film, which marked the arrival of Ronda Rousey to the franchise. At 27 years old, Ronda has a perfect professional record of ten wins. In four UFC fights, Rousey successfully defended her belt against Liz Carmouche, Miesha Tate, Sara McMann e Alexis Davis.
