After the recent problems with Chael Sonnen, Wanderlei Silva e Vitor belfort involving drug testing, Tim Kennedy was inspired to make a suggestion to the Nevada Athletic Commission. The North American wants there to be extra tests before his fight against Yoel romero, scheduled for UFC 178, on September 27th, in Las Vegas (USA).

In your account at Twitter, Kennedy launched the proposal and made it clear that he is not accusing the Cuban of being a cheat. “It looks like we are going to face each other. To let you know, I'm asking NSAC to have both of us drug tested. Let’s set an example for the sport”, wrote the fighter.

Romero also doesn't know what it's like to lose since arriving in the UFC. The Cuban, 11th best placed in the ranking, comes from victories over Clifford Starks, Ronny Markes, Derek Brunson e Brad Tavares. His only defeat also came in Strikeforce, in 2011, against Rafael Feijão, in a fight held in the top category, the light heavyweights.
