The WFC Pozil weigh-in takes place this Thursday (April 23), starting at 15pm, at the Centauro store in Plaza Shopping Niterói. In addition to beasts like Ricardo arona, Rogério Minotouro, Amaury Bitetti, Paul Philo and Murilo Bustamante, all fighters on the card will be present. Among them, Alexandre Pequeno Felipe Arinelli's black belt, Mongo, who is now training at the new Gracie Niterói, is very motivated to face the tough André Chatuba, who is on a 10-win streak.
“I'm very motivated, I'm in a good moment, training a lot and very focused. It will be a great fight and I will do everything I can to be the best of the night”, comments Felipe.
André Chatuba, Mongo's opponent, is in a great phase, but the fighter believes he will break his opponent's winning streak.
“I see Chatuba as a great opponent and his winning streak is no surprise. But I believe more in my potential and I won’t miss this opportunity for anything”, he guarantees.
The WFC Pozil production team, under the command of Fred Fontes, is betting that the fight will excite the public.
“This fight was very well matched, Chatuba is in excellent form and Arinelli is a very tough athlete, who wants to get going once and for all” says the promoter.
WFC Pozil had some changes to the card. Due to injury, Gracie Fusion athlete from São Paulo Udi Lima is out of the show. Therefore, Sandro Rennin, who would fight against Rafael Manteiga, will face Bruno Machado. Manteiga's opponent will be Brazilian Top Team representative Marcos Bicudinho. Check out the card below:
