the recovery of Anderson Silva from the fracture suffered in the rematch against Chris Weidman in December last year he continued to impress those closest to the former middleweight champion. After Anderson participated in a jiu-jitsu training session at the X-Gym gym, in Rio de Janeiro, coach Zé Mário Sperry, three-time world champion in the sport, released a short video on his profile. Instagram and was impressed with the Spider's performance.

“Every day is an incredible opportunity to inspire others. Everything is possible. Today's lesson was taught by Anderson Silva. Move on, champion”, wrote Zé Mário, along with the video. The video quickly spread among users of the social network, who expressed their support mainly with messages of support for Spider.

At 33, Anderson Silva has a record of 33 wins and six losses. Anderson was the UFC middleweight champion between 2006 and 2013, when he suffered his first defeat to Chris Weidman. Six months later, in the long-awaited rematch, Spider suffered a new setback, after fracturing his left leg in the second round. The Brazilian underwent surgery shortly after and has been in the recovery process ever since.
