Jon Jones, current UFC light heavyweight champion, spares no effort in improving his training. The fighter, who will defend his title against the Brazilian Glover Teixeira at UFC 172, in April, he published a video in which he performed an unusual workout.

Jones appears in a swimming pool, diving and wearing a swimming cap and goggles. What draws attention, however, is the fact that the champion appears with his hands tied – so, to breathe, he needs to push his legs towards the bottom of the pool.
