Here we are 6 hours apart from Brazil and I was only now able to access my website to write. About Ryan Gracie, it was a wasted talent. I want to express my condolences to the family who are certainly suffering a lot.
We have to learn from other people's mistakes and try not to make them. We know that what starts out as an innocent thing can turn into a monster that consumes you, even those who are very experts get in the way. If you have any type of addiction, no matter how small, open your eyes and do everything you can to change this habit. We know that we all have weaknesses and their reasons. It's not up to us to judge, but rather to understand and help… So, if you have a friend who might be going down the same path, make them connect and get out of this!
I'm in the final stretch of training and looking forward to fight day. Tomorrow I'm going to do a press conference in the morning and training, training and more training. But it will be worth it, because I am very well prepared and I know that I will put on a great show for you, God willing.
