Brazilian representative in UFC Long Island, which takes place next Saturday (16), Amanda lemos She is willing to rewrite her path at straws (up to 52,1kg) and dreams of the belt. “The fight didn’t go the way I wanted. I was very well prepared and trained a lot, but I didn't expect to end up in the first round. But Jéssica (Bate-Estaca) was better and that only motivated me to go back to the gym and train a lot more (…) I didn't want to go too long without fighting, regardless of the result. But they offered me Michelle (Waterson), I already changed one camp to another and it was perfect”, said Amanda in an interview on 'half day' of the event.

Still on the technical fit, Lemos highlights quality of Michelle Waterson, but guarantees that she is ready to defeat her. She also revealed her desire to return to the top 10 in the category led by Carla esparza.
“Michelle is tenth in the rankings, she is a very tough athlete. But it's in my way and I want to get back on the winning track and definitely get into the top 10 again. I’m feeling super good and super excited to face her,” she concluded.
Professional since 2014, 'Amandinha', as she is known, has a record of 11 wins, two defeats and one draw in mixed martial arts. Before the setback against Bate-Estaca, she had recorded a positive series of five positive results.
