Gilbert Durinho is, in fact, excited about the possibility of measuring forces against Jorge masvidal in his next UFC appearance. In an interview with 'MMA fighting', the Brazilian reinforced his desire to face the North American and highlighted his motivation to provide a great show for MMA fans.

“What would make sense is (Jorge) Masvidal. I said a few times, the guy has more than 50 fights, with some crazy knockouts. Remember (knockouts against) Ben Askren and Darren till. The guy also won Nate diaz. It's the fight I want. He comes from two defeats, but to (Kamaru) Usman, who is champion, and one to (Colby) Covington, number one (in the rankings) in the welterweight division. It's the fight I want and it makes sense. It motivates me and I believe I can beat it. He showed interest and I think the UFC wants it too. We just have to see when and we will put on a great show for everyone”, said Durinho.
