Eyeing a shot at the welterweight belt (up to 77kg.), Belal Muhammad | prepares and adjusts the last details to measure forces against Vincent Luque, in the main fight of the UFC Las Vegas 51, scheduled to take place next Saturday.

Muhammad's path in the division has already been prepared. In an interview with 'MMA fighting', Belal expressed a desire to face Colby covington then attacked him on charges of 'copying' Conor McGregor in provocations with other fighters.
"He is short. You don't talk about someone's wife and children. Don't attack them. But will you continue doing this to copy McGregor? Why? He is not original, but a loser (…) I will fight him on the street or in the gym if I see him, because when you talk about family, you are no longer professional”
Covington, however, could be a tough target to land. Ultimate's president, Dana White, expressed his desire to promote a 'Chaos' clash against the undefeated Khamzat Shimaev, which would be important to the welterweight division.
Moreover, Belal Muhammad | lives an enlightened moment – with seven fights without losing – and, in UFC Las Vegas 51, has a great chance of getting closer to a shot at the belt, which belongs to Kamaru Usman. The North American also plans to take revenge on Vincent Luque in a rematch of a November 2016 duel, when he ended up being knocked out in the first round.
