The world of MMA will be busy this weekend, with the UFC 273. This Saturday (9), Jacksonville (USA) hosts the spectacle that promises to be among the best events of the 2022 season. In total, there are 12 fights scheduled and the highlights are two belt disputes, in the featherweight and bantamweight divisions, plus the awaited fight between Gilbert Durinho e Khamzat Shimaev.

The main fight will mark the meeting between the featherweight champion (up to 65,7kg), Alexander Volkanovsky, and Chan sung jung, or 'Korean zombie'. While the Australian seeks to expand his legacy in the division, the challenger wants to shock the world and fulfill his dream of taking over the group's throne.

The penultimate fight of the show promises to make history in the bantamweight division (up to 61,2kg). After winning the division belt about a year ago following a disqualification from Petr yan, aljamain sterlingFinally, he will have the long-awaited rematch against the Russian. The athletes once again share the octagon in a clash to unify the title.

One of the most anticipated fights of the event does not feature a title clash, but rather the opportunity to challenge the welterweight champion (up to 77kg.). Current number two in the ranking, Gilbert Durinho took on the challenge of measuring forces with Khamzat Shimaev, considered the big bet for the future of the UFC.
