Victim of Colby covington in 2020, Tyron woodley decided to use his experience and point out the path to victory for Jorge masvidal No. UFC 272. With an eye on the clash on March 5th, the former welterweight champion (under 77kg) pointed the way to an eventual positive result for 'Jesus das Ruas'. On March 5, Ultimate will promote a clash between two best friends. Colby and Jorge were training partners at American Top Team and even lived together.
The fighters' relationship was shaken after Covington started having problems getting along with other members of ATT. The North American's behavior ended up determining his dismissal from the renowned team.
Outside the team, Colby began to publicly criticize his former partners. What was once friendship turned into rivalry and, in the end, UFC 272, athletes will have the opportunity to settle differences inside the Octagon.
