Deiveson Figueiredo wants more than R$5 million for quadrilogy against Brandon Moreno

Brazilian and Mexican could make the first quadrilogy in UFC history

The victory of Deiveson Figueiredo in the trilogy against Brandon Moreno No. UFC 270, in January, opened the doors to what could be the first quadrilogy in the history of Ultimate. For the quadrilogy story to get off the ground, however, the flyweight champion (up to 56,7 kg) believes that a historical value for the division is also necessary.

During his participation in “The MMA Hour”, a podcast from the North American website “MMA Fighting”, Deiveson Figueiredo stated that he would like to receive US$1 million (approximately R$5,3 million) for the fourth fight with Brandon Moreno.

“If the UFC wants to do something historic, let's pay a historic price for the flyweight division. $1 million (approximately $5,3 million) would be lovely. I like $1 million,” Deiveson said.

According to information released by the California Athletic Commission, Deiveson Figueiredo received US$ 150 thousand (approximately R$ 790 thousand) for the trilogy against Brandon Moreno, while the Mexican, who arrived at the event as champion, took US$200 (approximately US$1,05 million).
