“I don't have that much information, so I don't want to influence it as these are comments based on news headlines that I haven't read yet. But when an athlete is defeated, we see that he wants to expel whatever he thinks is wrong. It wasn't their fault (ATT). I have no proof, but I have a question. Could it be that if she had won the fight (with Julianna Pena), would this have happened?” asked Sonnen.

The North American even claimed that Amanda wouldn't need to leave theATT' to open his team and disapproves new move.

“When you're opening your own gym, you're looking to expand your business and build your own 'empire' to retire on. But Amanda nunes She already has her 'full pockets', she's still champion and her next fight will still be for the title. Amanda nunes You don’t need your (gym) membership fee. So what is she doing? I don't know. But is she leaving that gym because she feels like her preparation for the last fight (with Pena) wasn't her fault and someone else's? I don’t like it when someone leaves your gym,” she concluded.

And it was in the gym that Nunes had her great career redemption. After going through ups and downs in her career, Amanda achieved a series of 12 consecutive victories while at 'ATT', including resounding results against Valentina Shevchenko (2x) Miesha Tate, Ronda Rousey, Chris Cyborg, Holly holm e Megan anderson.
