According to a report published by the American website Five Ounces of Pain, the newly created event, Bellator Fighting Championships would be interested in signing the Brazilian Paul Philo, who recently had his contract terminated with the WEC, after his defeat to the American Chael Sonnen in the 36th edition of the show, which took place in November.
