Antonio Shoe Guy He had a beard, hair and mustache in the final of the PFL light heavyweight Grand Prix (up to 93kg), an event held this Wednesday (27), in Florida (USA). With jiu-jitsu lessons, the Brazilian defeated Martin Hamlet with a rear naked choke in the first round and pocketed the prize of US$ 1 million, around R$ 5,5 million at current prices (click here to watch the finale of Cara de Sapato).

The result crowns the transition from UFC to PFL Shoe Face. With victories over Tom Lawlor and Emiliano Sordi, as well as a 'no result' fight over Vinny Magalhães, the Brazilian had an impeccable path towards the title. In his record, there are now 13 positive results, five negative and two 'no contest'.
Martin Hamlet, on the other hand, suffered his third career defeat. The Norwegian now has a record of eight triumphs and three setbacks in his career in mixed martial arts.
The fight
The two athletes didn't want to measure their energy and were already on a collision course in the opening seconds of the grand final. Martin Hamlet had the first good opportunity, with a bomb in the guard of Shoe Face, which unbalanced.
The Brazilian, quickly, continued to work on the pressure, threw a cross and went into a takedown – already moving to the rear-naked choke. With the 'lock' closed, it was a matter of time to get the finish and, in spectacular fashion, he finished Hamlet.
