Just a few days until the super boxing challenge against Vitor belfort, Evander Holyfield was clicked sharpening his weapons for his return to the ring. In images released by 'Triller', promoter of the show, the former world heavyweight boxing champion appears in a training session. This Saturday (11), in Florida (USA), the 58-year-old veteran faces the Brazilian MMA legend, 14 years younger, under the rules of the 'noble art'.

Almost 'sixties', it is clear and understandable that Holyfield does not have anywhere near the same speed as when he shone at his peak. The athlete, however, remains precise and powerful in his attacks, which often brought rivals to the canvas.
With an Olympic gold medal under his belt, Evander was confirmed at the last minute for the all-star challenge. The boxer, this weekend, replaces Oscar De La Hoya, Vitor's initial opponent, who was removed from the show after testing positive for Covid-19.
Fulfilling his dream of starring in a 'challenge of legends', Belfort returns to action more than three years after his last professional commitment. The Brazilian has not performed since the defeat to Lyoto Machida, at UFC 224, which sealed his farewell to the company that established him as an MMA representative.
In addition to 'Vitor x Holyfield', Tupiniquin fans will also be able to follow a new fight Anderson Silva. Ultimate Legend,'Spider' will make his second appearance in boxing in the 2021 season. After a show against Julio César Chávez Jr., in June, the São Paulo native now faces Tito Ortiz, also a former UFC champion.
