In the clash of ‘giants’, it was Australia. Former NFL, Greg hardy took the worst in the contest of strengths against Tai tuivasa on the main card of UFC 264, held this Saturday (10), in Las Vegas (USA). In an insane exchange, the North American ended up being hit with a left hook and 'blacked out' with the impact of the attack. Noticing the situation of the heavyweight (up to 120,2kg), the referee interrupted the confrontation.

With the result, Tuivasa confirmed the good phase and reached the third positive result in a row. Now, the athlete takes a closer look at the top 15 in the category led by Francis Ngannou.
Booed by the public present from the staring ceremony until his entry into the octagon, Hardy struggles with the organization. With the setback, the former NFL player now has three defeats in his last five fights.
The fight
There wasn't much time for analysis. In the opening seconds, the fighters were willing to settle the bill in the first round. Greg managed to shake his opponent with a well-aimed blow, but Tuivasa's counterattack was fatal and led to Hardy being knocked out just over a minute into the fight.
