Moreno, who has not lost in five fights and is currently number one in the rankings, shows that he knows the opponent he will face in the UFC 256. The Mexican, however, explains what qualities he possesses that could allow Figueiredo to be surpassed.
“I'm more technical, I have more tools and I'm much faster than him. The only thing you can say about Deiveson is that he's a one-shot fighter, so I have to make that my advantage. I know he can surprise, I know he has a lot of tools, good elbows, good shots, but I have a lot more speed than him and that will be my advantage”, he said.
Seeking to reach the absolute top of the group led by the Brazilian, Brandon makes a point of clarifying that there are no feuds with the Pará native. The athlete then tries to keep the challenge friendly, and shows a lot of respect for the champion.
“He's been saying it's personal and that I said something to him, but the truth is I respect him a lot.
