“Belingon is a strong opponent, but I worked hard to be here tonight. This is the reason why I am known as 'Stone Hands'. I fight to knock out my opponents and I was the first to knock out Belingon. I will be the champion! That's what I'm here for! Hey, Bibiano, I’m watching you!”, said Lineker.

This was John Lineker's second fight for the ONE Championship and he remains undefeated and close to fighting for the bantamweight belt. Previously, in the UFC, the Brazilian was very prominent in the flyweight division (56,7kg) and the only reason he didn't become a challenger in the category was because he had problems making weight.
