The second edition of TUF Brasil is scheduled to debut in March 2013, with recordings starting in January of the same year, but, it seems, the coaches for the UFC reality show have been defined. The heavyweights Rodrigo Minotauro e Fabricio Werdum have a verbal agreement to be responsible for leading the teams in the program. The information was initially released by Globo Esporte and subsequently confirmed by SUPER FIGHTS.
The experience of participating in the program will not be new for the fighters. Minotauro was already a coach on The Ultimate Fighter, in the United States, in 2008, when he led a team in TUF 8 against the team of Frank mir. Werdum was responsible for the jiu-jitsu training of the Wanderlei Silva, in the first season of TUF Brasil.
At the end of the program, the fighters face each other in a duel that marks a rematch. In the first duel between them, held at Pride, in July 2006, Minotauro won the unanimous decision of the judges.
