Despite being retired, anyone who thinks that Conor McGregor left the scene and lives peacefully with his family in Ireland. On Saturday (12), the European star was arrested, on the Island of Corsica, France, on suspicion of attempted sexual assault and indecent exposure, he was subsequently released, but the damage to his reputation had already been done. After carrying out the UFC Las Vegas 10, in the USA, Dana White commented on the new controversy in the life of 'Notorious' and not only reported his experience when going out with the organization's former featherweight (65,8kg) and lightweight (70,3kg) champion, as reported that, indeed, strange things do happen.

“These confusions happen to people of a certain lifestyle. Sometimes it's hard to change and get back to normal. I'm not defending McGregor in any way. I don't know much about the situation, but I've dated him and it's really crazy! When McGregor exploded, he appeared in a place with so many security guards, which I thought was ridiculous, because no one needs that much protection. I thought he would spend all his money that way. Me and Lorenzo (Fertitta) met him one night and it was insane! You don't understand how great McGregor is until you hang out with him. He moves young and old alike. People were going crazy, screaming, jumping off the blackjack tables, leaving their money there and running after McGregor. I've never seen anything like this! Imagine what it must be like in Europe?”, said Dana at the post-event press conference.

Even without knowing more details about what happened, the UFC president tried to understand why McGregor behaved this way publicly and, if necessary, made himself available to help him.

“Retired or not, a person cannot get involved and cause problems. When you have been fighting for a long time and become rich, the desire to fight is simply no longer the same. Many think that McGregor hasn't really retired, but I don't know. We'll see what happens. First of all, McGregor is retired and I haven't spoken to him. I'm sure McGregor doesn't need my help or any advice, but if he does, he can call me,” he concluded.

At 32, Conor McGregor expanded its list of problems. Previously, the Irishman attacked one of the UFC buses, throwing a wheelbarrow in an attempt to injure Khabib Nurmagomedov, but ended up hitting other athletes, arguing and attacking an elderly man in a pub, breaking a fan's cell phone and being accused of attempted rape, but the complaint was dropped. In the sporting sphere, the last appearance of 'Notorious' took place in January 2020, when he knocked out Donald Cerrone, in just 40 seconds, earning one of the performance bonuses.

Fatal change? Makhachev ignores warning and could end tragically at welterweight!
