One of the most popular names in the UFC, Nick Diaz may return to MMA soon. According to the 'bad-boy' manager, Kevin Mubenga, the athlete is following a strict diet and can be seen in action in 2021. The information was released by 'ESPN' reporter, Ariel Helwani.

"This is Nick Diaz, earlier today. He weighs in the range of 79 and 75kg, according to his manager. He just completed a two week training diet. This is the first time he has cut weight in approximately four years, the agent said,” Helwani wrote on his Twitter account.
Diaz has not performed professionally since his fight against Anderson Silva, in which the Brazilian initially won on points, but had the result reversed to 'no result', after the two athletes were caught taking their anti-doping tests. Without fighting since then, Nick's physical recovery process, according to the reporter, indicates an eagerness to return to the sport.
“He’s looking closely at big fights in the welterweight division. He is 100% focused on fighting again, according to Mubenga, and wants a return in early 2021,” concluded Ariel.
Currently, Nick is 37 years old. Professional in mixed martial arts since 2001, the North American currently has 37 fights in MMA. The athlete has 26 wins, nine losses and two matches without result.
