The former light heavyweight champion, Quinton Rampage Jackson, has already declared that he is close to retirement and has no interest in renewing his contract with the UFC. But, even in the final phase of his career, the experienced fighter's statements are always a special attraction. In an interview with the “MMA Elite” website, the North American commented on UFC 148, an event held on the 7th, and spared no criticism against Chael Sonnen e Forrest griffin, his old rival, since they faced each other 86 times in 2008.

“Tito won and Forrest knows this, so much so that he ran out of the octagon, like a crying baby, which is typical of him. Then someone said: 'Get your ass back to where you won, idiot. We’ll give this one to you, stupid,’” he said. Rampage, who was also defeated by Forrest, in the fight that resulted in the loss of the UFC belt, in a decision that was highly contested by him.
Yes, Chael Sonnen, which was defeated by Anderson Silva in the middleweight belt dispute, he was also the target of criticism from Rampage. The fighter called Chael's interviews “crap” and wants Sonnen to leave the UFC, as he had promised.
“I think he must fulfill what he promised. He said he would do this if he was defeated and he lost shamefully. Sonnen is a piece of shit. He should go somewhere where they like the crap he talks about everyone in interviews. I can't stand this boy. F… you,” he snapped.
Return to the octagon
Quinton Rampage Jackson has a return to the Octagon scheduled for UFC Rio 3, in October. He faces the Brazilian Glover Teixeira on the main card of the show, in the duel that marks the last fight of his contract with the organization.
