“I have every intention of fighting Alex again, I don’t care about the belt at the moment. It’s about getting back into this fight to be able to show what it really is… I feel like by doing that, I definitely dominate this fight,” said Hill.
After more than a year away due to injury, Jamahal returned to the octagon in the main fight of the historic UFC 300 held on April 13th. After much provocation, Hill had no chance against the champion Alex Poatán and was brutally knocked out in the first round.
A few days after the brutal defeat, Hill has already made his return to the Octagon official. The former light heavyweight champion will face off against Khalil rountree Jr in the co-main fight of UFC 303 which takes place on June 29th, in Las Vegas (USA). The grand card will be headlined by the duel between Conor McGregor e Michael chandler, in the welterweight division (up to 77,1kg).
