“About my injury: I ruptured my left biceps tendon and needed surgery. Finding out that I would be out of the final was the saddest moment of my life, but there is nothing more I can do other than get over the suffering, see this difficulty as a great lesson and start over. After all, this is part of the life of any high-performance athlete”, wrote Daniel on his Twitter account.
