The series of injuries continues to haunt UFC fighters. This Monday it was the Brazilian's turn Luiz Banha feel an injury and stop fighting Yushin Okami at UFC 150, an event that takes place on August 11, in Denver, in the United States.
To take his place, the show's organizers acted quickly and called up another Tupiniquim athlete. The black belt Rousimar Toquinho seeks rehabilitation in the show against the Japanese athlete.
Toquinho, who has an MMA record of 14 wins and four losses, comes from a setback in his last appearance, when he was knocked out by Alan belcher at UFC on FOX 3, an event held in May this year. In turn, Okami, who has a professional record of 26 wins and seven losses, comes from two consecutive losses, to Anderson Silva, at UFC Rio, and Tim Boetsch, at UFC 144, held in February.
