José Aldo suffers injury and does not defend his belt at UFC 149

The witch is loose among Ultimate athletes. After several casualties in the last week, involving important athletes, this time a title fight that had to be postponed. The Brazilian José Aldo, who would put the featherweight title on the line against Erik Koch at UFC 149, suffered a strained hamstring and is out of action.

With this, the organization acted quickly and already has a new main attraction for the event that will be held on July 21st, in Calgary, Canada. The duel between the Brazilian Renan Barao and the North American Urijah faber, valid for the interim bantamweight belt, leaves the UFC 148 card, an event that takes place on July 8, and they face off 15 days later in Canada.
