Rede Globo confirmed that it will show live the first title defense junior gypsy. The Brazilian will put the title on the line against Frank mir at UFC 146, an event scheduled for the 26th, in Las Vegas, in the United States.
This will be Globo's third broadcast of a UFC event. In November 2011, Ultimate debuted on the network with its own junior gypsy, who knocked out Cain Velazquez and won the organization's title. In January of this year, two months later the channel showed the main card of UFC Rio 2, with names like José Aldo, Vitor belfort e Rousimar Toquinho.
Rede Globo's contract with UFC offers the broadcaster the right to show live all editions of the show in Brazil, in addition to three international events within a 12-month period. And it seems that the channel should opt for UFC 148, on July 7th, with the long-awaited rematch Anderson Silva e Chael Sonnen.

It's a shame what globo did that night in broadcasting the recorded gypsy fight, it wasn't live like they were saying but what gnt can expect from globo is always this
They just forgot to inform that Globo Network would show this fight, almost an hour after it ended; (I had already seen the same thing on the internet, the fight had already ended with Gypsy winning and they were already giving interviews when Globo started showing the recording of the fight)
I believe that an event of this type should be broadcast live; lack of professionalism on the part of the broadcaster, total loss of credibility not only in this area, not to mention the lack of competence in programming because at the beginning of this fight the broadcaster was still showing the film of the night.
I already know that I will watch Anderson Silva's fight on the internet because I can't believe I can take this broadcaster seriously.
Rede Globo is the broadcaster of LIE and DECEIT.
Their programming cannot be trusted, as only what is of interest to THEM is transmitted.
